Mayan Wedding

For couples who dare to try something different we offer the Mayan Ceremony.  This exclusive ceremony is lead by a Mayan shaman.  The service follows the actual traditions used by the Mayan’s in this region.

The Mayan shaman prays, asking the Great Gods and the direction of the Universe to bless the union so that the two souls will be connected forever.  An altar is made with flowers at four points with offerings to the earth.

The offer represents the four cardinal points ( North, South, East, and West) and the four Gods that sustain the Mayan cosmology.  The central flame is dedicated to the Mother Earth.
